This position leads the architectural design and execution of fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and development for fit-out projects from concept to execution
- Review and approve shop drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate with MEP, construction teams, and suppliers for integrated project delivery
- Supervise site execution to ensure quality and adherence to design intent
- Liaise with clients and consultants, resolving design and site issues efficiently
Preferred
- Experience in the Saudi market
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP)
- Experience in BIM
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 7–10 years of experience in fit-out / interior projects
- Strong background in commercial, retail, or hospitality projects
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials and detailing
- Project coordination and management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to interpret and review technical drawings
