As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring daily site activities, ensuring that construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
You will coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of works, monitor progress, identify technical issues, and provide effective solutions to maintain project schedules.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer with strong site supervision, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project teams
- Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Previous experience in site supervision and construction projects
- Experience in general fit-out and finishing works
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills
Nice to have
- Experience working with contractors and multidisciplinary project teams
- Knowledge of project scheduling and progress monitoring
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Familiarity with quality control procedures
