Teef Najd Group is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Project Manager – Natural Stone Facade to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- 12–20 years of construction experience.
- Minimum 5 years in Project Management roles.
- Proven experience in external facade projects, preferably natural stone facades (limestone, marble, granite, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of planning, procurement, fabrication, installation, and stakeholder management.
- GCC experience is mandatory; Saudi Arabia experience is highly preferred.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and procurement through installation and handover.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, QA/QC, HSE, and site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, productivity, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
- Lead stakeholder coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Dry stone cladding and mechanically fixed facade systems.
- BIM coordination and complex facade projects.
- Luxury hospitality, cultural, mixed-use, and landmark developments.
