We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Commercial Engineer to support project pricing, contracts, cost control, and client coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and commercial knowledge within the construction/fit-out industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Review contracts, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams regarding commercial matters.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and payment claims.
- Support tendering and procurement activities.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in construction or fit-out projects.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial or estimation roles.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, costing, and project budgeting.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
