To lead and manage construction and fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
- Monitor project schedule, budget, and overall performance.
- Supervise construction and fit-out works to ensure quality compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Identify risks and resolve site issues proactively.
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction and fit-out projects.
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Additional languages
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills
